- EPOS and Integrated Booking
As customers pay and leave, EPOS updates the bookings and frees the table for immediate use. Conversely, internet and phone bookings automatically update the EPOS system.
- Cross Restaurant Booking System
Table availability can be viewed for any restaurant from any till. If a restaurant is full, staff can recommend available tables elsewhere within the chain. Designed to allow chains to coordinate table availability between restaurants.
- Automated Table Configurations
Based on bookings taken the system automatically works out the optimum table configuration in the restaurant, maximising covers to tables. This changes dynamically as bookings are taken.
- Internet Booking and Voucher System
Customers can book tables online or vouchers can be sold online. Friends can pre-pay dinner or wine as a gift, this is all stored by EPOS when the bill is paid.
- Text Messaging Service
Send out text messages to customers. ie. text customers waiting when their table is available who may be at the pub next door. Or send promotions or discount vouchers out to people via txt.
- Integrated Accounting System
Our accounting system is easy to use, and is automatically updated by sales in the bar or restaurant, avoiding importing into a separate accounting system.
- Customer Preferences Information
Track the preferences of customers, ie. a choice of a distinct wine or cigar. This information can be used later to offer a custom service, ie a similar wine, or to make special arrangements, such as a window seat.
