Any restaurant that takes reservations can take advantage of online bookings, but not every establishment requires table management. Some restaurants may be too small for table management or feel they are not ready for such a step. These restaurants can benefit from our simple reservation system.
We provide an easy to use console which controls availability for just a few seats (usually 10). The rest of your restaurant runs as it did previously, but these ten seats manage your online capacity. They can be booked off for telephone parties, all you need to do is close off the seats on the console.
This system is designed to be easy to use. It controls your online bookings, but not much else, so one can learn to use it in minutes. Ease of use is important for people who are less familiar with computers or those where English is a foreign language. In fact it is so easy to use, that some restaurateurs monitor bookings from their iPhone, Blackberry or N95.
