Building on the online reservations, Eveve can provide fully computerised table management. Such a system manages all of the restaurants tables and all bookings for them: by telephone, through the internet, or made in person. There are key benefits to computerising your diary:

Internet bookings are free

The whole point of the internet is to save money. With our table management system you pay a modest monthly fee and all internet bookings are free, saving you money.

Multi-location booking

Bookings can be updated from multiple consoles in real-time. In practical terms this means that a booking taken in the office automatically updates availability at the front desk instantly.

Fully automate internet bookings

All internet booking requests are cross referenced with live availability for all your tables. This means that a definitive confirmation can be sent out instantly without adding to your workload.

Improve booking structure

If required we can implement rules to guide less experienced members of staff in their allocation of reservations. These can be overwritten with a management password. For example, you may wish to set a maximum number of covers per half hour to reduce stress for the kitchen.

Accurate records

Traditional paper diaries can become a mess by the end of the year and handwriting is often illegible. Moreover, little information can be extracted without prohibitive amounts of work. By computerising your diary you can make it fresh and crisp, while turning it into a valuable management tool, which can calculate your monthly covers, occupancy rates etc.

Collect information about your customers automatically

When bookings arrive in the system they are cross referenced with customer entries in the database. If the person has eaten in the restaurant before, the system will recall their previous behaviour and preferences. For example the system will highlight that the person who has just booked is a VIP, friend of the restaurateur, blacklist etc. If required the system can also detail the number of times the customer has eaten there before, together with average spend and dining preferences. If the person is not recognised, their details will be incremented to the database, creating an ever expanding management tool.

Proactive Marketing

As well as reactive management information, the system is capable of proactive marketing campaigns, if necessary. Eveve marketing has two elements which set it apart from the traditional methods. First, the target audience can be refined by searching on variables in the customer database, for example, local wine conoisseurs whose average spend exceeds £50. Second, the target audience can be reached within seconds using Eveve Text and Email. Every one of these can be custom made, using variables from the customer database in order to give the personal touch. For example, a text would start with "Dear Tony" rather than "Dear Sir".

EPOS Integration

CRM integrates with our EPOS tills, so that databases on customers and spending habits can be integrated. Not only can you see how regularly someone is dining but also monitor their average spend, and see which items have been purchased, improving customer service and management information.
