About Project:

Meritage is a vibrant restaurant modelled after a traditional French Brasserie, located in down town St. Paul. Chef Klein is famous for combining the best of French cuisine with seasonal inspirations and contemporary American influences. The restaurant offers classic dining experience, as well as up-beat urban dining in Meritage Oyster Bar.

Meritage operated their live reservation system through a well-known competitor in North America. While enjoying excellent service and a large volume of bookings, the restaurant also faced a significant monthly bill.

By moving to Eveve, Meritage obtained a similar level of service, the same impressive booking volumes and at the same time dramatically reduced their costs.
